I absolutely love my job!  My biggest frustration is after getting to know my clients and we've "broken bread together", laughed and cried together, I then have to go back to work!  I wish I had the time to spend every weekend with all my clients, well, ALMOST, all of them anyway! 

Licensed in 1996, I became a "Million Dollar Club" member my first year.  That takes a lot of work and I was told I would probably not do much the first year!  I continued that streak for 9 years, took almost all of the 10th year off, and am on my way to a special "Phoenix Award" this year for 10 years in the Million Dollar Club.  I also got my Brokers license after 5 years.

Right up front, I try to make sure every day I'm pleasing the Lord.   I don't want to do anything that would bring reproach to Him, myself or my church.  I haven't always been pleasing to Him, but we're all a work in progress!

Just a little background: I've spent 30+ years as a professional vocalist in various bands, (yes, I sing Rock & Roll, but I also sing Amazing Grace!) traveling and performing right here in Atlanta. I got married, then  raised my only son, Barrett Hatcher.  I also spent many of those years renovating and managing other's properties besides my own, when the seller of my 1st Gwinnett home asked my why I didn't just get my license?   My knowledge of quality construction, eye for an "up-and-coming" area and tenacity for getting the best price for my buyers has been my forte'.  Also, my keen eye used for renovating also helps a seller to pinpoint what needs to be done to attract the buyers away from the identical home down the street to get a sale in as short a time as possible.  When working with my buyers, I don't mind pointing out the defects of a property the very first thing.  The more we see right away that needs to be done, the quicker we can establish if this is a home we need to spend time pursuing, or just move on to the next.  I value my own time as well as my client's.  Your precious time after work or on Saturdays has to be spent wisely.
