Get to know Gloria Benaroch

Have you ever felt that your Realtor wasn't listening? Or didn't have your interests at heart? Gloria understands that your home purchase will probably be the single most important investment of your life -- and she treats it as such. Her knowledge of the area combined with ethical business practices and a commitment to detail mean that her clients go to the closing table with no surprises.

A veteran at moving, having traveled across the country and Europe 33 times at the least. The states she has called home include New York, California and New Jersey. The countries she has called home include France and Austria.  Being keenly aware of the frustrations that can come when moving to a new city or new home she is committed to helping families move across oceans, countries and states with as much ease as someone moving across town!

She began her Real Estate career first as a mortgage loan originator, then she decided that having a Real Estate license will help further her career so she sat for her license in 1987. Later she became a Realtor's assistant and then moved on to become the Marketing/Advertising Director for a Real Estate company with 5 offices. Once she became familiar with the business from the back end, she took a leap of faith and moved over to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage a nationally-recognized leader in the real estate industry. Since then there is no turning back. Gloria has successsfully helped families achieve the "American Dream" in Monmouth and Ocean counties, New Jersey.

2007 Gloria believes in continuing education so she went for her Broker's License in September of 2006 and passed her exam in April of 2007. 2006 has been an exceptional year for Gloria in sales and marketing. Gloria attende Howard Britton Star Power conference to learn and implement NEW ideas and technology for her services. She even starred in the showwith Star and Howard Britton.   She held her first Annual Client Appreciation Party and what fun that was.

2004 and 2005 have ushered in very good years for Gloria and "her people" as she affectionately calls them. 2003 was a difficult personal year for Gloria because her mother passed away, and she had to go overseas to Vienna, Austria. Even during her time of need Gloria was able to find a silver lining in her dark cloud. As a result of her selling her mother's property she was invited to lecture at the University of Vienna to local realtors, management and corporate entities involved in real estate. The subject in discussion was the differences of real estate practices in Europe versus the United States. She has been asked to return and lecture at the University on the subject on an on going basis.

While New Jersey currently does not require real estate agents to get continuing education credits, Gloria has been actively pursuing continuing education. She's earned:Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation.  The CIPS Network is comprised of 1,500 real estate professionals who deal in all types of real estate, with one common element: they are focused specifically on the "international" market...(Click here to learn more)  Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) helping folks 55 years and over with their special real estate needs. "E-pro" designation for being a technology driven realtor yet not losing that personal touch in today's fast paced market, (Click here to learn more about the benefits of working with an e-pro. )these are just a few of the designations to mention as she is continually learning. She believes that learning her buisness is on going. In 2006  Gloria has taken on the monumental task of studying and preparing to take her Broker's license test in 2007. This license will enable her to manage a real estate office or to open up her own office or continue what she is doing - selling and marking real estate. She is also  sitting for her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation. To earn this designation , every REALTOR must have significant experience and demonstrate volume of real estate transactions or gross sales, as well as complete rigorous educational requirements and includes a strong focus on technology and its applications in the real estate business.Top 4 Percent of all licensed Realtors are Certified Residential Specialists.*Source: Council of Residential Specialists' 2005 Member Survey
