Many people think that our job is about selling houses and getting a commision. Personally, I think there's a lot more to it than that. For me being a realtor means listening and understanding what customers needs are. It means matching those needs to the situation and the contacts that are right for that individual. I believe part of that is making the experience an enjoyable one while ensuring that the end result is a job well done...or at least one that would want to be repeated.

I learned the importance of good customer service while growing up in the family business. My Grandfather didn't have to advertise, because when you treat people with respect and listen well, you turn satisfied customers into loyal customers. I want the kind of comfort level with my clients that they can contact me at anytime whether they are in a transaction or not. I believe a large part of service is availability and in todays communication overload shouldn't it be easier to be reached rather than more difficult than it has to be.
