My job is to guide them through the process, making sure they get prequalified early on so they can have a better idea of how much they can offord to spend on the purchase of their home. I find the homes that best match the criteria they are looking for, explain and clarify certain real estate and mortgage terms for them, and help them find the professionals needed for each stage of the transaction. I am with them from day one right to the day they close, and afterwards I am still their if they need me for advise after the move.
