Jim Meier Expertise

Whether you are buying or selling a home, it can be a stressful situation.  As someone who has bought and sold a number of homes several homes myself, I know the pressures that you face. My job, and it's one I take very seriously, is to make the process as smooth as possible.

If you are interested in commercial real estate or investment properties, I'm your man.  I have run my own successful business in Midland, and own several commercial and residential investment properties myself. The knowledge I've gained, in addition to specialized training through the CCIM Institute, allow me to help my clients understand the complicated world of commercial real estate.

With 80 percent of home buyers starting their search on the internet, I know the importance of internet marketing.  I have a virtual assistant who handles all aspects of marketing homes on the internet.  With John handling that part of the marketing, it allows me to focus on the multitude of other factors involved in selling your home.
