The main office is in Briarcliff Manor, NY - right between Sleepy Hollow, Pleasantville, Chappaqua and Ossining, with Croton, Peekskill, Mount Kisco, White Plains, Yorktown, Tarrytown and many other Hudson River villages in shouting distance. The firm serves neighboring towns but also the "bedroom counties" of Rockland, Putnam and even Dutchess in surprisingly high volume, mainly because the largest source of buyers in those place come from Westchester.
NY City and Long Island
Our Manhattan Office in the Fort George Neighborhood is now open for business! Our Upper Manhattan division serves the "top of the city" from Hudson Heights to Riverdale, including Inwood, Marble Hill and Washington Heights. We serve all boroughs of New York and do strong business on Long Island as well. Our last closing in Queens was in May 25, 2010 for over $500,000. Phil was the listing agent and also brought the buyer himself. We are members of the Long Island MLS.
