John is active in the community as a past president of several homeowners associations, and coaching his son's baseball teams as the kids are involved with several activities including baseball, basketball, football, volleyball and gymnastics. He understands a family's need and concern when searching for a new home. John has earned his BS degree in Marketing at Florida State University. He started his sales career at Xerox utilizing the sales training from their training facility in Leesburg, Virginia. John then joined some of the top builders in the country, Pulte Homes for 4 years, then Engle Homes for 15 years selling and later becoming VP of Operations; selling, building and closing more than 200 homes a year. John's team led the division in winning "AVID AWARD" a National Best Customer Experience Award for all builders in the country. John sells more because he does more. Every transaction, large or small receives his complete attention.
