Bio on Kelly Groth

I have my Broker's license. 40% of my transactions deal with rural property. My wife and I have lived on acerage in Loomis CA for the last 35 years. This gives me expertise that many agents simply do not have in dealing with rural land issues. This experience, along with my local team of specialist for rural property transactions, make every rural or city transaction a safe and smooth one. I also manage land splits and develop building lots. This also sets me apart from many other agents and gives me the depth of knowledge and experience that helps any transaction avoid costly delays and errors.

The other 60% of my business is the more traditional residential properties. Be it REO, Short Sale or equity transactions, I consistently am in the top 10% of agents in my region.
