Truth and Service are important to me.  In fact, they are my core values. A Realtor® needs to be more than a person with information.  In todays internet world, everyone has information.  It is a Realtor® who can interpret the statistics and is able to guide you through the ever changing process of purchase and sale of residential property.  Guidelines are changing daily and it demands each buyer and seller to know these changes, work with a professional who does, or suffer the consequences.  Understanding the neighborhoods is not just a numbers analysis.  Neighborhoods are made up of people which make communities where services are offered.  You don't just buy or sell your house, you are dealing with a neighborhood and community as well.

I have spent the last 28 years in marketing.  I have worked on the national level as a copy writer, as an award winning and respected commercial photographer, and as one of the godfathers of testimonial video on the web.  It is with these unique skills I focus all my attention on the real estate market. I am the Director of Marketing at our company and a licensed Realtor®.

I am fascinated about property and home ownership on many levels.  Historically the ownership of property was the first right of nobility.  When property was granted or deeded to non-nobility it was because those people provided value to the nobles.  Here in the United States property ownership was one of the determining factors in your ability to vote and be involved in local affairs.  Today property ownership is being tested by the economic debacle of recent years.  I believe real estate to be the bedrock of our country and that the homeowner who cares for his home, and community is the greatest strength our country has.

Historically houses have been sold by square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms and the community.  All this is vital to finding a house, but when you think of home, you think of story.  Your best friend from school, the neighborhood parties, the celebrations held inside your home.  I will be gathering and sharing these stories along with the usual information to give our clients a better and deeper understanding of what they are buying and for the sellers to showcase exactly what is special through their stories.
