I have degrees from the University of Georgia and Georgia State University. As a native Atalantan, I have seen the city grow and change in tremendous ways.  Originally licensed in Georgia, I have a back ground in education, administration, and instructional technology. I am currently licensed as a real estate sales person.  My "Covenant of Care" is how I treat all clients.  A covenant is the highest level of commitment that one can give to another and I promise each one of my clients that I am dedicated to their interests and dreams. Through the use of technology, I help to connect buyers/sellers with the homes/purchasers that they seek.

You can then sort your properties into like, dislike or possibilities. You can even make comments on each of the properties that will help to clue me in into things that are important to you. Look out for Agent Recommendations. This means that I have identified this property as being one that I believe will fit your needs. Look for my comments on these properties.

Market Expertise:  As a native Atalantan, I know this market. I have personally lived all over the metro-Atlanta area and can help give you the perspective that you need to give you the edge you need to find the perfect home.  You are trusting me with one of the most important decisions that you will ever make.  If I don't know something that you need to know, I will find out. After all, it is important that you are at total peace with the decision that you will be making and that there are not questions that are left unanswered.

Contract Negotiations: This can be one of the most intimidating part of the buying process.  My professional expertise will help you sort through the legalese of the contract to provide a clear picture of what the offer or counter offer is really about. It is important to have someone on your side who can negotiate the sometimes turbulent waters of this process.

Communication Extraordinaire:  There is nothing that can be more disheartening to any client than poor communication. I personally expect that when I call someone, they will return my call in a prompt manner.  Treat others as you would want to be treated is how I run my business. I will be in contact with you as often as you desire and will be available to you when you need me the most. I will also be keeping you ahead of the game by keeping track of your purchase time line. Isn't nice to have someone looking out for you to make sure that you don't miss important contractual deadlines like your home inspection?

Who ya'gonna call?  Certainly not Ghostbusters if you are looking for closing attorney, home inspector, mortgage lender, etc.  I will put you in contact with the best of the best in each area, providers that I know have a proven track record of getting the job done and doing it well. You deserve only the best and that is what you will get from me. There is nothing more frustrating than picking a provider who drops the ball and causes your deal to fall through or causes you much consternation. These are headaches you don't need. Rest assured, you will not have that problem with your transaction. I will even call the providers personally for you if you so desire so that you can concentrate on the "more important things" like picking out furniture for your new home :-)
