I like to work with buyers in different price ranges at the same time. I limit the number of buyers that I work with at a time so I can give the most service to those I have.
My commitment to my sellers: to get the highest price in the shortest amount of time, to use every means possible to widely market your property -- the internet, networking with other agents (Peninsula-wide), newspapers, open house. Negotiate for your best interests, facilitate the escrow period and ensure that the transaction comes to a successful close for you.
The bottom line for my buyers and my sellers: continuous communication and updates as to how we're doing and the progress and possibilities available to you.
