A Real Estate sales ninja has charisma that is contagious to those around them. They represent a positive, optimistic experience in all those they encounter. They have a genuine love and interest for all types of people, all personalities, and the pursuit of maximum enjoyment and optimization of life for themselves and those they interact with.

Born on the beautiful island of Oahu to parents that nurtured my mad ninja skills, as a young child I could be found reading books that emphasized perseverance, dedication and focus on the task at hand ie. the "Story of the Little Engine that Could". I pretty much knew from a young age that the mentality I-THINK-I-CAN-I-THINK-I-CAN-I-THINK-I-CAN would take me far in life.Becoming the self proclaimed "Real Estate Ninja" has not been easy. One does not become a ninja by luck…it takes hard work and years to develop ninja skills that would take down any formidable opponent even one as tormenting as the housing market today.

Relocating to the mainland and Ninja Friendly San Diego was particularly important to exposing me to various cultures, training and of course beautiful Real Estate. Working my way through school with an emphasis in Science and Math in early education years made the transition into the business world smooth. Which took me to my first "real" job working for my Real Estate Ninja training master in beautiful wine country Temecula, California. Not only did I learn to drink fine wine, I also learned some invaluable skills that would propel me into selling Real Estate in California.

Once again when opportunity knocked I opened the door accepting a position with the Fortune 500 company FNF. They are the leading provider of title insurance in the Nation. I was able to grasp all aspects of the real estate industry whilst working on developing, selling and training some of the most cutting edge technology within the Real Estate world. This position landed me in the "Grand Canyon State" in 2006 where I have made my home and life in the West Valley of the Phoenix area. After taking a brief medical leave from the Title industry to combat Breast Cancer in 2010 I have decided to get back to what I know and love…selling Real Estate!

I believe that being a ninja is more than just espionage and assassination. Being a Real Estate ninja is defined by one who is completely focused on success in Real Estate sales activities.
