HOMEOWNER CONSULTATIONS: A consultation is a service we offer for the homeowners living in the home while selling. The consultation is a thorough walkthrough of the property and typically takes 2 hours. We will tour the home with the home seller, taking the path of a perspective buyer, and make a detailed list of action items the homeowner can implement on their own. As we walk the house, we will at the same time prioritize what is most important and also find solutions for any issues that the Seller cannot perform or may need additional help. If the Homeowner is not able to implement the action items we uncover, we are happy to help as much or as little as they like. An average consultation is $125.
. VACANT PROPERTIES: Vacant spaces tend to lack room definition and leave the Buyer disconnected from the emotional quotient they need to identify with the space. This is the balance we create through the staging process; merchandising the house so that it feels warm and inviting yet has no personal fingerprint on the space to distract from the Buyer identifying with the space as being their own. We also pay close attention to the demography of the Buyer Type for each home and merchandise the house with age, style, and trend appropriate decor for that particular type.
