When you decide to sell, your home becomes a product.  Staging is the best way to display your product to help buyers envision themselves living in the space.  Statistics show that a well displayed home sells faster and for greater profit.  Today's savvy buyer is looking for quality, style, and a smart investment.  A home that is offered for sale in "AS IS" condition or "un-staged" before selling, will likely get an "AS IS" price in the marketplace.

HOMEOWNER CONSULTATIONS:  A consultation is a service we offer for the homeowners living in the home while selling.  The consultation is a thorough walkthrough of the property and typically takes 2 hours.  We will tour the home with the home seller, taking the path of a perspective buyer, and make a detailed list of action items the homeowner can implement on their own.  As we walk the house, we will at the same time prioritize what is most important and also find solutions for any issues that the Seller cannot perform or may need additional help.  If the Homeowner is not able to implement the action items we uncover, we are happy to help as much or as little as they like.  An average consultation is $125.

.  VACANT PROPERTIES:  Vacant spaces tend to lack room definition and leave the Buyer disconnected from the emotional quotient they need to identify with the space.  This is the balance we create through the staging process; merchandising the house so that it feels warm and inviting yet has no personal fingerprint on the space to distract from the Buyer identifying with the space as being their own.  We also pay close attention to the demography of the Buyer Type for each home and merchandise the house with age, style, and trend appropriate decor for that particular type.  Please feel free to contact me at sadfam56@comcast.net.  (860) 870-7770 or (860) 712-0883.

Beth Sadloski Expertise

As a Certified Interior Advisor, I will be able to help the seller feel less overwhelmed by all the fix ups or changes they feel they need to do before putting their home on the market.  They know things have to get done, they arent''t sure what is a priority or what it would take to prepare their home to be a marketable, buyer ready space.  They need another set of eyes to point out what needs to change.  The seller may not have time or want to make the time to figure out what needs to happen before the house is ready for the market.  I will cut down the time and effort it takes them to do this task.  I will come in and in a couple of hours, the seller will have a clear step by step understanding of what their house should look like, what will appeal to a larger audience of buyers and what will help sell their home in a much shorter time.

TARGET MARKET:  Buyers need to see your warm and inviting home as their "new home" and this is accomplished with proper and effective staging.  Staging is much more than cleaning the house, it is understanding the lifestyle of your target buyer and then merchandising the spaces to touch the senses of that buyer.  Through my experience in the photography industry, I have gained valuable experience in meeting the needs of buyers.  From choosing appropriate fixtures, fabrics, and placement of furniture, I know that success is in the small details that go a long way in making a client feel at home.  I have earned a reputation as a creative, innovative, and client-focused designer with an excellent understanding of identifying, addressing and resolving organizational needs.  Let me use my skills, strengths, and creativity to offer home staging strategies that will increase your chances of a sale and maximize your profit.  I service Tolland and Hartford Counties.
