Involved in Atlanta's commercial real estate market for 28 years, Sue Troup planned her getaway to Pawleys Island, South Carolina to make her home on the Waccamaw River and Intercoastal Waterway. She is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Real Estate and is a member of the Coastal Carolina Board of Realtors and is licensed in Georgia and the Carolinas. Recently, Sue joined The Litchfield Company where she enjoys sharing her love of the area and it's amenities with her clients. She applies a "No Sleep Until The Deal Is Done" Philosophy on All of Her Deals! Hobbies include kayaking, gardening, walking on the beach and golf. One of her biggest pleasures has been the addition to the business of her youngest Son, Brian. Brian had been in the golf industry in Myrtle Beach for 8 years after graduating from The University of Georgia in 1998. He brings to the business table an enormous amount of excitement and hard work mentality. Brian's hobbies are of course golf! He also enjoys fishing, boating, kayaking and taking his new daughter and wife to the beach.
