Cathy Manchester grew up on the shores of Little Sebago in Gray, and has lived there with her family for more than 27 years total. She is the leader of The Cathy Manchester Team, the #1 Real Estate Team in Gray/New Gloucester specializing in residential real estate and waterfront properties, as well as investment properties.
Cathy graduated from the Southern Maine University with a Bachelor of Science Degree. She has specialized training in a number of areas, including communication, negotiation skills and conflict resolution. Cathy partnered in February of 2003 with Keller Williams Realty, an innovative, hands-on, learning-based model in the real estate market. Their first market center in Portland, Maine experienced explosive growth with many experienced real estate sales leaders like Cathy joining forces to provide Southern Maine with an outstanding base of real estate knowledge and customer service. Cathy was named as a top performer in the 2000 edition of Real Trends magazine.
Formally, while at Coldwell Banker, Cathy was awarded the International President's Elite Award, given to only the top one percent of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide.
Cathy was also the first woman police chief in Maine and served the community in law enforcement for over 15 years. Cathy has been the recipient of the Maine Woman's Fund Award, the Thomas J. Landers Award for overall excellence, and nominations for both the Jefferson Award and the Presidential Point of Light Award.
Cathy and her Team have been helping people buy and sell homes for over 16 years. Her clients have expressed their appreciation and praise for her personal approach and her professionalism, but most of all, for her work ethic. One of the most preferred Real Estate Team of Keller Williams in Maine, the Team has earned the national Platinum - Medal Award. Cathy's Team has also been featured in Executive magazine.
