The Weston Ranch Community Median Home price is on the rise! The Median Home price is $222,000 with an average of 25 days of homes being on the market. The median home price around this time last year was $160,000. This illustrates how rapidly the prices have increased and how the market has improved. The number of active listings in Weston Ranch have decreased by 8.1% from the previous month. Low inventory has played a huge part in driving the price up in the Weston Ranch Community. Spring has Sprung! In San Joaquin County there were 94 homes that sold within the past week, while 181 went under contract. During the same week 167 New Listings came on the market. 

The Weston Ranch Community Median Home price is on the rise! The number of active listings in Stockton (95206) increased by 5.3%from the previous month. The Median Home price is $169,000 with an average of 25 days of homes being on the market. This is significantly shorter than the national average. 13% of homes on the market in Weston Ranch are distressed properties (foreclosures and short sales).

This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home with a little over 1,000 sqft. sold over the asking price! With some elbow grease this home will be a great rental. This home is located directly across the street from an elementary school and within walking distance of Weston Ranch High School. 

We are closing on short sale properties.
