The highest priced property is $698,000 for a three bedroom, three bathrooms and 2,561 square feet under air. The median home price is almost $578,000 in Castellina in Wellington, Florida. Recently Sold Real Estate Property Castellina Wellington Next we will analyze the properties that have sold in Castellina, in the last six months three homes have sold. The average sales price was $557,000 and the average sales price per square foot was $220 with the range in process from $192 to $276.
