I think this market has a lot of upside too. With so many folks seeing it as an alternative to the City of Atlanta, as well as the recent incorporation, I think there will be some positive gains in property values the next few years.
So how do you locate new construction in Brookhaven for under $1 million? Well, you first need to talk to a local Realtor. Make sure they know the area, and keep track of new listings as they come to market. Also make sure their with a company who's agents focus on information sharing so that new oppoortunities are abundent before they hit the market. Finally, make sure they have experience with new construction transactions, as they can be very different than a traditional resale.
