Real Estate Q. Trying to be a co borrower on a loan for my son. My credit report is good with the exception I got behind on my FHA mortgage in 2012-made it current in April of 2013 and have been keeping current. He is also going through FHA. They say I have to be 1 year without delinquency. Is there another route around this? I am only 2 months shy of making that year.

Real Estate Q. My loan officer had even my income incorrect on my loan application and i applied for my va home loan benefit due to 100% almost 12 years if service and a very ugly abbussive divorce and was forced from my home for my life but my loan officer done several things that raised red flags after i paid for inspection and apprisal and was given a pre approval for 350 thousand only wanted to borrow 315 and next thing she tells me is that the va wont approve due to it has a 500 sf old guest house then it was her putting my old home note as i am paying it then swapped my loan completely to an rd lian and i was approved but not the home i wanted to purchase so then my debt to income ratio was too high but i only have 2 small bill total is less than 10 grand and i make 4567.90 a month and my bills come to maybe 500 dollars but she did everything correct it was my fault and now from pulling my reports more than 3 times my score has dropped to 614 middle score so im screwed outta getting my home and shes not wrong and did everything correct. I dont think so an i want to do something about her incompetance on my loan app. What can i do and how can i get my loan now without having to wait for my score to go back up? Really need help, someone, please help me!!!!

I'm a broker w/o access to Central LA MLS - need a CMA of a piece of land on Deer Trace, off Stilley Road in Pineville for potential referral to a Pineville/Alex listing agent (I work only with buyers). It's approximately 1/2 acre. No street address, which I thought odd. Any assistance appreciated asap-they're ready to list.
