GBRMLS data for the Lakes At Oak Grove Subdivision revealed these interesting findings. From 2008 to 2011, the median sales price has fluctuated from $220,000 to $248,000 to $229,000 to now $242,500 into 2011 based only on 1 sale (rounded). So, 2009 was the post Hurricane Katrina "High" year followed by 2 years of lower sales prices, but based only on 2 sales. In 2011, there's only been 1 sale for $242,500. There are currently 4 MLS Listings from $214,900, $240,000, $244,900 and $249,900 or $87/sf to $99/sf.
