I know that it is hard to believe! I am still in awe of the fact that in a wonderful South Kansas City neighborhood (64114 zip code), at 104th & Wornall Rd., you can find a beautiful 1, 2 or 3 Bedroom condo. The average prices are between $40-65,000! Based on condition and space, the prices can be a bit higher, or even lower - believe it or not! There are a couple of foreclosures that are great buys, too. Below, I'll share what is currently on the market today.

 

The Talisman PoolWho Lives Here?

I just listed and sold a unit in less than 30 days. The buyer was a young professional who lived in the immediate area with his family. I've found that people have watched The Talisman Condos for years, and know that when it's time to move, they are moving there. I also know of someone who wants to retire at The Talisman Condos.

The grounds are like a private oasis.The landscaping is lush. Pride of ownership is clearly evident here as many owners plant some of the beautiful flowers and plants themselves. The maintenance person/grounds keeper can be seen on the property throughout the day. My client was pleased with the way the property was maintained and automatic maintenance items handled.

 

Unusual Bang for the Buck--What the Dues Cover  - You won't believe this!

Not only do the Homeowners Association Dues cover what most condos do - exterior maintenance, pool, common grounds, storage area, roof, building insurance, etc. - but they also cover regular maintenance and REPLACEMENT for the hot water heater, furnace and central air unit.
