Living green in Sullivan Square
Jacqulyn Richey, Las Vegas Real Estate (Prominent Realty Group)

sullivan squareLooking for something beyond the standard fare in high rise living? Want to live in an environmentally friendly community that co-exists with the environment and promotes green living?  Then Sullivan Square is the community you've been looking for.

The exterior design of the towers is reminiscent of turn of the century architecture, giving the community a downtown feel. Residents have a choice of living options: high rise condos, penthouses, mid-rise, lofts, live/work and brownstones. Community amenities include a bark park, 1.5 acre central park, pool, barbeque area, guest suites and more. There is also office space and retail inside the community. Residents will be able to shop at local stores, pick up dry cleaning or grab a quick bite to eat all without leaving the community.

Sullivan Square will be a LEED certified project. Residents can expect to see a 25% savings on their utilities and roughly 42% on real estate taxes over the next 7 years. The community will utilize the latest energy saving techniques and will even have its own water treatment facility to reclaim grey water for landscape irrigation and cooling systems.
