47 residential properties were reported through NNRMLS as sold in the Northgate/McQueen area from September 1, 2009, through October 9, 2009.  The average sold price for the 47 homes reported as sold was $212,982.  The highest price for a property reported as sold was $300,000.  The lowest price for a property reported as sold was $78,750.  The average market time for the homes reported as sold was 125 days.

281 homes have been reported through NNRMLS as sold in the McQueen area of Reno from January 1, 2009, through October 9, 2009.  The average price for the 281 homes reported as sold is $215,631.  The highest price for a property reported as sold was $510,000.  The lowest price for property reported as sold was $70,000.  The average market time for the homes reported as sold was 110 days.

First of all, I would like to make it clear that I am not being compensated in anyway to blog about this restaurant.  My comments are based on dining at various Thai restaurants in the area.  In case you are wondering, no I am not Thai either.

The restaurant is conveniently located in downtown area in the corner of Mt. Rose and S. Virginia.  You will be greeted by their hostess in their traditional Thai outfit.  The ambiance is relaxed and decoration consists of colorful fabrics and Thai crafts. They serve authentic Thai cuisine as mild or wild as you want it, this Reno favorite has an exhaustive menu of curries, soups, pad Thai, and vegetarian dishes.

What are the drawbacks of this restaurant?

You have to park behind the restaurant.
Service can be better.
Price is a bit expensive compared to other local Thai restaurants.  I think you get your money's worth though.
Busy on weekends during 6 p.m. 

They have another branch in Mae Anne Ave. in NW Reno but their food are not as good as in this location.  The Mae Anne Ave. branch is more of a fast food ambiance.
