Located south of Main Street on Teel Parkway you’ll find Village Lakes tucked away off to the east side. This community is in the beginning stages of new construction with phase one under way and phase two starting up here in the near future. If you see yourself staying in this community for the next 4-5 years, this will be a great Frisco Real Estate Investment.  If you don't however, keep in mind that you will always have your hardest sale against the builder's new construction.  And if they are still your competition when you resell, you could add months onto your DOM and thousands off your profit margin.
