The Market Report for Cedar Springs Subdivision in Helotes, TX this summer has some very interesting statistics. There are no homes in a pended status at the present time, and two of them were withdrawn or canceled. However,  a total of 8 homes were sold in Cedar Springs Subdivision in Helotes, TX from June to August 2013. The sold prices ranged from a low $170,000 to $269,500 with an average sold price of $212,412. The priced per square foot was $85.99, and the average day on the market was a low 23 days. Cedar Springs Subdivision - Helotes, Texas 78023

Helotes Homes


Cedar Springs Subdivision is located west of Loop 1604, north of Bandera Road (State Highway 16) just before the intersection of Bandera Rd & FM 1560 (entrance) in Helotes, Texas.  This Helotes, Texas town was founded in 1891 as a corn-on-the-cob farm community, it's namesake.   Noted landmarks include John T. Floore Country Store which opened in 1946, and is a registered historic landmark as well as a favorite for Willie Nelson and other country stars.  Helotes, Texas has many family events like the Cornyval Festival. 

Most of the homes built in Cedar Springs subdivision were built by Centex and Anderson homes in the 1990s, but there are a number of custom homes that were initiated in the 1980's. There is a a community swimming pool, tennis court, sport court, play ground, and club house.  Most of the homes are one or two stories with two car garages, with trees.  A few homes are on a lush green belt (Aqua Verde).
