Tim Crews has one philosophy when it comes to life and that's to be the best possible. Tim makes his daily approach to life with the spirit of being a servant leader in his family, business, and community.
Tim graduated from Radford University, where he earned a bachelor’s of science in psychology and business administration; he also attendedLiberty University and earned a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership. After finishing his graduate studies, Tim immediately relocated to the Northern Virginia region where he began his career in real estate. Tim landed a job with Equity Residential, where he began managing and leasing multi-family housing units in the City of Fairfax.
Upon leasing and closing on several million dollar apartment buildings, Tim was sought out to manage a developing community in Loudoun County where he was general manager and developer liaison for theLansdowne Town Center, County of Loudoun, Beazer Homes, Centex Homes, and Van Metre homes. Tim managed this project for four years, and developed a powerful niche among residential real estate and soon found that he would be a greater asset to the community by serving the community in selling and buying homes.
Tim joined forces with the world’s leading name in residential home sales, Keller Williams Realty. Since affiliating, Tim has rose to the top 1% of Realtors in the Region and sells 4 times more than the average Realtor. Tim's work ethic and integrity has spoken measures with his circle of associates and friends, and has naturally grown into a leader in the industry. Over 90% of the clients his team serve has been the direct result of a referral or introduction of clients and past clients.
In addition to operating a real estate sales team at Keller Williams Realty, Tim is also a highly respected trainer and instructor within his brokerage locally and regionally. Tim regularly teaches fellow associates courses from the Keller Williams University curriculum.
When Tim is not working you can find him teaching business owners, teaching at church, exercising, reading, or hanging out at a local coffee shop in Fredericksburg. Tim currently resides in the City of Fredericksburg with his wife and toy poodle.
Four words sums up the heart and purpose of Tim’s life: To Serve,Impact, Lead, and Love!
